Scottish Botanists' Conference

Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh, 20A Inverleith Row, EH3 5LR

Saturday, 3 November, 2018 - 09:15 - 18:00

This Conference is for everyone with an interest in Scottish Botany. The programme includes short botanical talks, a poster session, an identification helpdesk and a selection of mini-workshops for beginners, intermediates and more experienced botanists. Prof. Richard Ennos of the University of Edinburgh will be our guest speaker, on the topic of tree pathogens.
We will also have a photographic competition, and Summerfield Books will be there with their enormous range of botanical books (and pocket lenses) for purchase.
At £15 for the day, this is a bargain. The RBGE canteen will be open for lunch, but the cost of this is not included. You can also book for the Conference Dinner.

Please book online at where you can also find further details of how to book the poster session (closing date 28th Oct), the mini workshops, and participate in the photographic competition (closing date 19th Oct) etc. Booking for workshops is on a first come, first served basis.
